What is Mulambo?

We are a conscious party collective that organises quality events offering a diversity of uplifting musical & multi media environments as an alternative to conventional party culture. Scroll down for details of our next party, with a Breakz & Psy-Breakz theme.


Ultimately, we want people to come to our parties, have fun & celebrate life. But we aim to offer a deeper experience.

Mulambo means tribute and we pay tribute to and celebrate the true human potential. We hope that people can gain a sense of truly being alive, which can be transferred from the party into the outside world, as a positive force for change.


Mulambo is based on the premise of socially engaged action to create a better world. All proceeds from our events are donated to projects supporting vulnerable groups in the UK and overseas.


Next Mulambo Event

Sorry. We’d had to cancel our gig for Friday 14th March. There were 3 other breakz nights on this date including Blowpop at The Academy. We just not willing to compete and risk losing lots of money. It would jeapodise future Mulambos and put us in financial ruin.

But look out for more parties in the coming year.

Panties for Peace

The ‘Panties for Peace’ campaign is the latest idea from Burma Campaign UK to help Burmese people struggling to gain democracy & human rights.

You can really help!! How and why…

Burmese men believe that coming into contact with women’s panties is bad luck and will diminish their power. So send panties to the Burmese Government and help bring down the totalitarian regime which is oppressing thousands of people.
